Thursday, 21st June (from 6.00 pm) - Voyce Pullin/EBLEX "Better Returns Programme" Market Selection Evening.

A hands on demonstration looking at the key handling points for prime cattle and prime sheep.  A chnce to fine turne your skills on assessing conformation and fat cover to ensure you are selecting the correct stock for slaughter.  A butchery demonstration will identify the differences between a commercial specification carcass and one that is too fat for the majority of retail outlets.  Refreshments will be provided.
